About Me

I’m Shanika Lynn — a fitness innovator, speaker, and coach with more than two decades of experience transforming how people approach movement, health, and personal growth. I’m certified through ACE, NASM, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and more, and I blend professional expertise with a modern, tech-driven approach to coaching.

I created The Comeback Plan, a structured, four-phase system that helps my clients rebuild discipline, elevate energy, and create lasting change. My work goes beyond the workout — it’s about helping people break free from the cycle of “starting over” and step into a confident, sustainable lifestyle that feels both powerful and free.
